After updating extra/xf86-video-intel from 2.21.14-2 to 2.21.15-1 I've noticed small black rectangular artifacts in Firefox.
A downgrade resolved the issue; I'm using an Intel HD4000 card integrated in an i7-3610QM.
I've verified that the issue is only in the X driver and not in intel-dri, because even on Optimus (via bumblebee) the artifacts are still shown, and the precedent version has no problem with the last dri and last kernel driver.
I'm using SNA; I've not tested UXA.

I've noticed this too (also on hd4000), but I've only seen it happen once and seems pretty rare. I would try UXA to see if that fixes it, because I've found issues like this are typically related to SNA.

Ok, if I use UXA there are no glitches, as expected, so the problem is SNA.

Missing parts on display for me with both uxa or sna

I got the same problem with my hd4000 since this I upgraded linux (3.10.7-1 -> 3.10.9-1) and xf86-video-intel (2.21.14-2 -> 2.21.15-1)
Within Firefox my screen sometimes looks like a punced card. Best way to describe it I guess.....
I am and was using SNA and did not have this problem till this update

Its a regression caused by the xf86-video-intel update

I've been browsing for a couple of hours now with Firefox 25.0 and SNA and haven't seen any black boxes.

I can confirm this, I have lots of small black boxes sometimes while scrolling web pages in Forefox.

Check the driver from [testing] or wait until it hits [extra].
