When I use Gnome/Metacity, the cursor is temporarily unable to move (for half a second, perhaps less) when I close Firefox. This happens with both 1.0.7 and 1.5; it does not occur with any other application. In all other respects, Gnome/Metacity seems quite speedy.
I figured at first that this might have something to do with HWCursor (default for VIA Unichrome), but the same thing happens if I set SWCursor to true in xorg.conf.
Can anyone confirm this "bug"? Should it even be considered a bug?
