Dell XPS 13 Brightness Control Key controls brightness itself

Hi,
I'm now on linux 3.11rc7 and boot by bios, and brightness seems to work well expect one thing, the brightness control key (Fn + F4 and F5), conflicts with my KDE control.

Here's the situation:
First, I use xev to check whether the key event is sent, and it does send the correct key event.
Then, I disable the global hotkey in KDE, and press the brightness control key, it still changes the brightness (!), and after I examine the brightness level with xbacklight, the step is 1 by one single press, so I guess it somehow bypass the desktop setting and do the brightness change on its own (but it still send the key event at the same time! which is frustrating).

And if I assign a different hotkey in KDE, it actually works as expected.

So my question is, is there any option (kernel option maybe) that I can tune to let the brightness control key doesn't do its own work and only send the key event? Thanks!
