sdd problem after several reboot

I just reinstalled ArchLInux on my laptop(BIOS not UEFI) last week using 2013.08.01 iso.
Because it displayed something like this:

My laptop has SDD and HDD with 16G memory
In SSD i created two partition for / and /boot.
I'm using GRUB as boot loader.

After reinstallation, it run normal for a week, after that my system wont boot anymore.
After grub menu then loading the linux image then ended up like in my screenshot.

Is there a way to fix this without reinstall?

More about the SSD, my SSD is OCZ Octane S2.
In this condition the tools from OCZ failed to recognize the disk.
I need to put the SSD into another old laptop core2duo, then the tool recognized the SSD.

It's running on latest firmware.

I think your disk is near its end.  Those old OCZ drives had some shoddy firmware that caused them to eat themselves alive.  This was apparently fixed after some firmware updates about a year after their release, but if you didn't update the firmware (or even used it with the bad firmware for a while), it is not uncommon for them to see an untimely death.

If there is anything important on this drive, back it up ASAP.  Then put it in the machine that will actually recognize it, and then run smartmontools on it (or use some other method to check the SMART status). 

I don't have much confidence that this drive will still be under warranty.  But in the event that it is, you should contact OCZ.

yeah ssd's have come a very long way since their inception and early 2012.
I was gonna post but was hoping you take care of the modedit and really to post another screen form another distro
is kinda lame. Your posting manner is almost as bad as mine here., @plasma
sharpen it up and youll get better results, please.
