How do I set a QT theme if I am not running KDE? Stupid question I know... One of the pkgs in AEGIS uses QT and I need to install and set a theme for it in /skel
Cheers!

Run kcontrol. It will start KDE's control panel. Not sure if it answers your question, though.

qt is not the same as kde. pure qt-aps can be configrured using qtcontrol, without having kde installed.

/opt/qt/bin/designer

Yeah, great stuff, guys...
Maybe I was to vague, where do I get and how do I install a QT theme when I'm not running KDE and how would I then set that as the default theme in /etc/skel
I know you are all trying, I thought I'd try and make it clearer what I am trying to do

Yes
Dont know if this is what you are looking for, but this is å nice qt-theme http://static.int.pl/~mig21/dev/releases/polymer/. Then when running qtconfig, a ~/.qt is made. Copying it to /skel should do the work? Or am I missing your point again ??

Thanks for the PKGBUILD.

I didn't make it, I just put it in community to so we can all access it with pacman -S polymer goodness

Just a note to all tweakers: polymer contains mmx or sse2 optimized algorithms for transparency, they can be enabled with --enable-mmx and --enable-sse2 flags when running ./configure.
