backlight value storing is not reliable after systemctl update

Hello all,

the last update of systemctl brought (i guess) a new feature to store the backlight value. Before the systemctl update I put an entry for the backlight in a udev rule and after a reboot or poweroff / poweron the backlight came up right with the entered value.

Now I see different behaviours for (systemctl) poweroff / and (systemctl) reboot and shutdown via button. Sometimes the backlight comes up with maximum brightness, sometimes with the last chosen value and sometime with the default value in the udev rule.

I use a T420s with bumblebee Arch standard installation. After starting up I see intel as active graphics device, not nvidia.

Where I have to configure the backlight params after the update of systemctl? Either use a default value or store the last chosen one.
