Deadbeef segfaults - after upgrades to Gnome 3.10 packages?

I am using the deadbeef-0.5.6-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz package from the Community repo and deadbeef-plugin-fb-gtk3 from AUR (which I've just recompiled - still fails). I've now discovered that Deadbeef is segfaulting, probably/possibly caused by the upgrades to Gnome 3.10 packages. Here's the output:

Maybe deadbeef itself needs recompiled for the updated GTK3 libraries?

Aha, I never found that when I searched the Bug Tracker earlier.
Looks like I'm not alone anyway!

Re: Deadbeef segfaults - after upgrades to Gnome 3.10 packages?

Yeah... Updated my system yesterday and there were some GNOME packages included in that update. Today, DeaDBeeF crashes with the error you posted.
Found this thread when googleing, happy I am not alone.

Along with this it seems that in SpaceFM (filemanager) the icons are missing from the right click menu. Related to the gnome update I assume, not sure what the deal is.

Regarding the icons, here's a thread about them.
Am just about to try some of the suggestions made in response to my post.
Here's hoping they work!

Same issue on just installed Arch system.  No AUR components installed, just 'pacman -S deadbeef'.

The GIT version in AUR works.

Yes indeed, thanks for letting me know.
(Though I can't get any of the file browser plugins to work with it.)

Re: Deadbeef segfaults - after upgrades to Gnome 3.10 packages?

I get this error when trying to run the GIT version. I have removed the deadbeef folder in .config prior to installation. Any ideas on how go get this working?
