I read a book about linux kernel,but I find
there are a lot of macroes in the book,
I want to know which file they are defined in?

I doubt there is one big macros.h containing all macros. I also suspect it's not too hard to locate a macro's definition with a bit of searching. And shouldn't the book be telling you?
Anyway, if you want to wait for somebody to give you the answer, you should probably at least mention some of these macros by name.
