[SOLVED] Migrating RAID to different machine

Hi,

I am considering moving my 3 disk RAID 5 setup (only data, no operating system) to a different machine.
Both machines run Arch Linux. Would this steps work?

1. Move mdadm.conf from old to new machine

2. Install disks to new system

3. Boot the system

Is this sufficient to make the RAID work, or are more steps needed, e.g.

mdadm --assemble --scan
