extract rpm header info?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a complementary script to rpmextract.sh that will show or extract to text files the listed rpm dependencies and header info.

I have a bunch of binary only RPM files that have deps between them and no rpm based system at the moment to determine what requires what... know what I mean?

The goal is to convert these rpm packages to arch packages with the correctly listed deps... and see how they work :-)

Unfortunatly I can not rebuild from source because a certian Waltham, Mass. / Provo, Utah / Nürmberg, Germany based company didn't release the code...

Thanks!

Re: extract rpm header info?

You should be able to look into the rpm with mc ;-)

What rpms you´re talking about?
