Hp Elitebook 8530p overheats

I installed Arch Linux on Hp Elitebook 8530p but the VGA card is continuously heating with no load. It was 50 degrees when I booted the computer but it went to 76 degrees after an hour of usage with no load. The laptop has Radeon HD 3650 graphics card and I'm using the open source drivers with XFCE desktop. Does anyone know how to get this heat lower?

Re: Hp Elitebook 8530p overheats

Have you considered that it might be an hardware error? I had an overheating issue with my CPU on a ThinkPad and in the end the service had to replace my cooling unit.
