No OpenGL after installing CUDA

hi

yesterday I installed CUDA and it works great (with Blender). But today I can't enable some Desktop-effekts (on KDE).
There comes a message that The effekts need OpenGL.
I reinstalled NVIDIA and the other Packages NVIDIA needs, but it doesn't work.

Can someone help me?
