Problems with my battery in KDE (Dell Vostro)

Greetings:

I have a Dell Vostro 3550 Laptop. I use KDE as Desktop Environment. A few weeks ago, me strange things started happening with the battery.

Example:

I have the laptop connected to the power cord and the battery is at 100%. I switch off.

I disconnect the cable and turn back to and sometimes I get a sign that says that the battery status is critical and the system will go into hibernation. Actually does not hibernate, it shuts down.

Again I turn on the laptop and the battery applet tells me he has charge, which is full.

I have not installed any application or script to extend the battery life, but again, a few weeks ago this did not happen.

Does anyone know what happens?
