No sound with pulseaudio

I get these errors whenever I try to play something on my headphones:

Oct 24 19:50:50 localhost pulseaudio[10898]: [pulseaudio] sink-input.c: Failed to create sink input: sink is suspended.
Oct 24 19:50:50 localhost pulseaudio[10898]: [pulseaudio] sink-input.c: Failed to create sink input: sink is suspended.

I tried more or less everything from the older thread about similar problem, but that does not seem to work.

I tried to solve the problem this way

But it still does not work
It seems that this problem has arisen after a new update that has occurred

I found a temporary solution to this problem. I can temporarily solve this problem by installing the program "pulseaudio volume control" and going to "Configuration" and changing "profile" to "output" and changing it again to "duplex"
But it is not enough at all
