Avoid HDD spin-up on resume from suspend

Hi!

How do i prevent drives from spinning up on resume from suspend?

My root is on a SSD and i want to keep a 4-hdd-RAID5 spun down.
I'm using systemd to enter standby (edited /etc/systemd/logind.conf to suspend on PowerKey).
HDDs were spun down before i enter standby.

Any help is apreciated!!
