This laptop comes equipped with a bloototh mouse, which however refuses to connect.
Using the blootoothctl, i get the following trace:

The NEW CHG DEL sequence repeats whenever on do something with the mouse, like move it, scroll, or press a button. Is there any way to make the mouse persistent?
