That colour script looks nice, mind sharing?
here you go (i'm not the one who made it):
Thank you very, very much! I've been looking for this one very long. I've only found versions that wouldn't work for me so far. But this one -- this one works!

Man, I simply love Arch. Jumped from Arch to Gentoo, then tried Ubuntu, which gave me a lot of system errors and after crashing it, I'm back Arch and feel like I'm home
Today work: dwm-xft with Ubuntu fonts and also under the hood is openrc from Gentoo, best of all three

Pretty standard Gnome 3.10 - I really love it. Already tried out almost every single WM / DE, but Gnome fits best to me. I've just adjusted some DPI / font (Droid Sans) settings to fit my 14" 1920x1080 screen. Also added conky.

No, I mean the single terminal window with a large margin of desktop visible around it, i.e., the window does not take up the whole desktop.

Your thumbnails.. are not really thumbnails, they are way too big. Quick, resize them!
Plus, would a real size request of your screenshots be too much to ask? (Linked of course, not directly posted.)

Not at all, thanks for the heads up

That is one of bspwm's many features, that is set by this setting in the bspwmrc config file:
bspc config window_gap 12
And (courtesy of bloom) for changing it dynamically per desktop, you could use this sxhkd keybinding (ie increase window gap with ctrl + keypad plus and decrease with ctrl + keypad minus):
ctrl + KP_{Add,Subtract}
wg=$(bspc config -d focused window_gap); \
bspc config -d focused window_gap $((wg {+,- (wg >= 3) *} 3))

It's not done. Openbox and firefox toolbar icons are sorely out of place, for example, but it's getting there! Thanks to anyone whose configs I've stolen!

I've also toyed around TWM and this is what I came up with. It's pretty cool, but I don't think it will replace KDE anytime soon.
-- mod edit: read the rules and only post thumbnails https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=61754 [jwr] --
edit: Sorry won't happen again. I'm guilty of skimming through intro post and I thought 280px will be small enough.
