How to Auto launch Leafpad

Hi
I want get Leafpad auto launch after Arch boot up.

I added exec /usr/local/bin/leafpad to xinitrc and to rc.local but didn't work.

What am I doing wrong?

Ben

Re: How to Auto launch Leafpad

are you using startx?

try putting the path to leafpad *before* the window manager in .xinitrc. make sure it ends with & because tha backgounds the process -- otherwise leafpad stays in the foreground and your wm never gets executed.
