MTD Broken after recent mythtv update [Package Issue]

Mythtv was recently updated for MySQL 5 (or at least that's my assumption).   I have had these issues since:

2005-12-22 02:16:10.770 This app was compiled against libmyth version: 0.18.1.20050510-1
2005-12-22 02:16:10.777 but the library is version: 0.18.1.20050523-1
2005-12-22 02:16:10.777 You probably want to recompile everything, and do a
2005-12-22 02:16:10.777 'make distclean' first. exiting.

In an attempt to compile from source using CVS the mythtv-mysql5.patch is missing from the downloaded files, and seems to be rather essential.  Anyone else having issues?  I could use some help here.

can this be moved into the package upgrade issues forum? I think that it's a small problem that just need to be seen by the person who update the package.
