Enable i5 750 turbo boost at boot time

Hello,

I started using i7z a couple days ago and realized that even though Turbo Boost was enabled in my BIOS, i7z saw it as disabled.
Using a ruby script that comes with i7z and uses msr-tools, I am able to enable Turbo Boost, but I would like a more official way.
Is there such a thing?

I have read a lot about pstate, but it seems my cpu is tool old and not supported (yet?) so no go about turbo there...

Thanks!

That is BIOS controlled as far as I know.

Hmmmmmm
I know that with p_state there is a "file" in proc to disable Turbo Boost, so I guessed with standard driver there should be something to enable it...
Maybe my bios does not enable it properly?

Thanks!
