So far i have installed the base packages, and have installed KDE by entering
pacman -Sy KDE
and i am able to get to it, however i have to type
startx
and then it enters the default desktop environment, which i think is windowsbox or windowmanager or something like that. It is very basic and it has turquoise menu bars. I want KDE to start up without having to go into the other environement. How to i get KDE to start when i type
startx
rather than the default environment?
