If dbus is active, mounting any cd / dvd is freezing my system within 3 seconds. Do you know if there is a logfile? I am lost with this issue. As no one else reports things like this, I guess it might be another SCSI problem...
Btw, I have to replug my usb mouse after boot to be recognized. Hints?

This dbus issue is really bad. The computer uses one sata dvdr, and one scsi dvd device. It runs gnome and dbus. When I insert any cd/dvd into the sata drive, it is mounted as an empty dvdr/rw disk - wether it is one or not. If I insert any disk into the scsi dvd, the system freezes immediately. When dbus is stopped, I can mount the devices without errors. Furthermore, the system freeze crashes every fs. It may take two or three freezes, but after that, I can reinstall arch.
Be warned. I filed a bug report.
