Help...again

Hi!

I will try tonight again with Arch (Noodle) installation (ftp).
As I wrote before the base system works.
I installed KDE 3.5 with pacman and than run xconfigure. Here I have a problem with graphics card. I have an ATI Radeon 9000 (250f) and I don't know how can configure it. I did use also hwd -x and checked my xorg.conf from Debian. KDE start but doesn't works correct (IMO ATI is not a ''guilty'').

I read installtion guide but I don't know what is wrong.

I've already seen one (or possibly two) other threads by you related to your graphics card, so that makes this thread pretty redundant.

One question more: is it possible (if works) install Xorg 7.0 and KDE 3.5?

You ought to spend time looking in the forums before asking a question, lumiwa. There's a very obvious Xorg 7.0 thread in the Desktop Environments section, and KDE is mentioned several times in there.

Yes, I see and I found too . Arch is much faster than Debian or SuSE and I don't know if I need a Xorg 7.0 )

No you don't and for the moment I'd advise you NOT to get it. No-one has yet managed to get 3D acceleration working on an ATI card under xorg 7.0 ... just stick with xorg 6.8.2 for now
