Wireless driver install .bin file

I am have installed arch on multiple computers and so far I have been lucky that the wireless cards have always worked.  Today that luck has run out.  Can anyone help me setup the wirless driver for a rt2860.  I changed directory to /usr/lib/firmware ... I see the rt2860.bin file but have no idea what to do next .  Can anyone help me?

Please post the output of `lspci -k` just to confirm you have the RT2860 and to see what driver Arch is using (if any) for the device. Please also post the output of `lsmod | grep -i rt28` to check you've got the rt2800usb/rt2800pci module installed.
