KDE Syntax Highlighting [SOLVED]

I recently installed KDE and Quanta+. I fired it up last night to do some webdev and realized that there was no PHP syntax highlighting, which seemed strange. I opened up Kate to see if it had it, and again, no highlighting.  :shock:

Highlighting for CSS, HTML, Java, and all kinds of other useless (to me) junk works, just not PHP. Any ideas why?
