There is no plugin for editing c++ code installed

I'm using kdevelop designer. When i try to open a new c++ source file, c++ header file or main.cpp  i see this error:

There is no plugin for editing c++ code installed.
Note: Plugins are not available in static Qt configurations.

A rather late *bump*. I have this problem myself. Anybody got a solution?
