librrds-perl for systemgraph

My system admin class requires me to figure out how to install System-graph for monitoring my system: http://www.decagon.de/sw/systemgraph/

It says that it requires the librrds-perl package to run properly, and there is no arch package that I can find for this.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to building it from an ubuntu package or something of that nature?

You might want to look again, Arch does include that software. Arch just doesn't split out every binary into a separate package.
