SSD is not mounted after suspend - ext4_find_entry: 1309

Hi there,

I have lately a strange error - I can not connect its appearance to anything special -: after closing the lid on the laptop, letting it go suspend and then waking it up everything gets 'dummy'. Exiting from X I receive the message on the console:

ext4_find_entry: 1309  reading directory block 0

Any command I issue comes back with 'not found', as it /usr/bin or /sbin would not exist.
The system log ends always with

systemd-sleep[1330]: Suspending the system...

and nothing after. I must hard reset the whole box.
I have run fsck -f with thorough r-w-journal test on the SSD ram and no error was reported. Not regarding this issue the system runs w/o problems.

System: Thinkpad e135
SSD: Kingston sv300s3 - 120Gb, new.
Let me know if any other info is needed.

Thanx for any idea.

Is the drive internal or external? If external, how is it connected and does it have its own power source?
