Xps 15 Touch (9530) Wifi Problem

Hi guys,
i recently bought a xps 15 touch 9530. By installing arch I can not run the wifi network. When I run: ip link set wlan0 I get: RTNETLINK: Operation not possible to two RF-Kill. By placing rfkill list phy0 look hard blocked: yes. On my laptop there is no a power button for the wifi.
How can I fix?
