SSH server username and password

Hello everyone. Maybe I'm just dumb tonight, but I can't find out how to set a username and password for SSH access. I've got the Openssh package installed, and I want to use a program on my phone to connect to arch through ssh. When I try it asks for a username and password.

All I can find is how to set up keys so you don't have to use a password.

Any help is appreciated!

Use the user and password from the machine you are connecting to.

...and then wait to get hacked.

Seriously, set up public key authentication: it is simple and works like a charm on Android.
