Problem with mumble push-to-talk on KDE.

Hello,
I have problem with push to talk. I am using KDE.While I was run mumble with 'sudo mumble' push to talk works, but I can't use it on my users account.

EDIT:
I tested USB Keyboard and PS/2 Keyboard and push to talk won't work on PS/2 keyboard, on usb too.
I have minimal KDE.

Same issue on my OpenBox system.
push to talk works ONLY if I run mumble via sudo.
