Hello, I have got a problem.
I am a little bit newbie and I finnaly installed archlinux on my laptop.
Firstly I installed cinnamon, but it launched for me just console, so I installed GDM too.
When I do this: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=17214 but it launches me console only then too...
Is there any way to uninstall GNOME and make cinnamon work?

Don't install GDM and run Cinnamon with it. It spams your logs to hell, and I'm pretty damn sure there's some other broken stuff in there with that combination as well.
Try the Mate Display Manager, KDM or LXDM if you are looking for a nice DM to log into Cinnamon
As for your actual question, yes, Cinnamon 2.0 is designed to be independent of GNOME.
I have Cinnamon working with the MATE programs (pluma for the text editor) underneath it, though you can actually go without (e.g. terminator for the default terminal emulator). You will have to go into the settings with dconf-editor and cinnamon-settings to change the default terminals, text editor and what not. After that, you should be good.

I installed this MDM and it still launches console only.

I don't know whether you're aware of this, but ArchLinux, unlike other distributions like Fedora and Ubuntu, requires you to quite literally configure your system from the ground up (except for package binaries). This means if you want stuff to start, you'll have to configure it to start.
To enable the MDM service to start on every boot, run (as root or with root privileges) the command:
systemctl enable mdm
Claire is fine.

Sorry, fail...
Got it, but now it boots me to rescue mode.

So used this wiki page: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/display_manager
and now I get to rescue mode, where it says: "Failed to start default.target:Operation refused, unit may not be isolated."
So I tried to restore symlink default.target, but it didnt help. What now ?

I think that I've heard that MDM is buggy in arch linux. I would recommend to install lightDM and lightdm-gtk3-greeter instead (check the wiki for more details), and then enable them with
#systemctl enable lightdm

Oop, I'd forgotten about lightdm. Do that instead.
My personal experience with MDM is that it works fine, nothing in the logs apart from it checking in to say that it's started and running fine.
Claire is fine.
