nvidia-beta-dkms + linux-git = no CUDA

hello everyone!

I recently made the switch from the official repo-kernel to the git version (driver issues) and am now forced to use the nvidia-beta-dkms package. but now my current cuda code, which used to be working just fine does still execute, but at runtime no cuda device is detected. I have installed the latest the official cuda package. what is going wrong?
