Hi, i'm using surf web browser compile from original source with no modifications.
The problem is that it suddenly close. Normally is when i'm watching a video on youtube, but sometimes its happen when i'm normally browsing, like in the arch forums!
This is all outputs commands that i receive:

The last line i receive when the browser close.
I also tried running it with root, and no problem appeared, its only with normal user.
The source code of the program is located here I repeat i didn't any modifications

Why are you not using the version in the community repository? As far as I can tell it is the same version you are compiling.

Its just a choice. Compile and install surf from the original source is easy thing, so i don't think it need a PKGBUILD or to be installed with pacman. And i preffer this method, i fell more comfortable to compile, and i think more easy if i need to change some paramether of the compile command.

Yes, i installed here and, same error, same problem and it use the same source. It's the same thing.

Hi, today the error happened while running as root and i also noted it happen with other browsers too, like jumanji!

I readed that if i run as root it don't will segfault. I tested and it's parcially true, when i run the browser as root, it gives me less errors.

Then it may be a problem with webkit. Can you give firefox a try and see if the problem occurs with it as well?

I tried firefox and any error happened, it's probaly problem with webkit. I will see wath i can do!
