Problem with tvheadend-git

Hi,

I have a problem with AUR package tvheadend-git. I was able to build and install this package, but tvheadend fails to start. The package has been flagged out of date some time ago (even before I was trying to use it). I posted a comment on the package (with the error message from the log) about two weeks ago that has not been answered.

Now I have two questions:

1) Is anyone successfully using tvheadend-git? If yes: what's the secret to get it to work?

2) Is there anything I can do to kindly ask the maintainer to fix the package?

I use the stable release version on my server but i just built the git one on my desktop (with the aur pkgbuild) and it started fine. I got to the web gui. Not sure if there are any issues with it. It built version 3.9.535~gd59a569
