2012 Dell XPS 15 USB 4-1.5: String Descriptor 0 Read Error: -22

Greetings- I have a Dell XPS on which I'm running the latest kernel. I've been slowly building up the system, smoothing out all the rough edges and I've got it pretty much running to where I want it minus one slight error that I get on every boot and shutdown:

[ 1.947154] usb 4-1.5: string descriptor 0 read error: -22

There is a relevant line in dmesg that pops up before the actual error:

dmesg:

[ 1.861598] usb 4-1.5: new full-speed USB device number 3 using ehci-pci
[ 1.947154] usb 4-1.5: string descriptor 0 read error: -22

Google turned up a few hits regarding this error message, but I can't seem to track it down to a single culprit... Below is the output of lsusb and Device 003 (Microdia) is my webcam. Question- is this the same device mentioned in the error? In which case the offending device is my webcam. On a side note, if it is the webcam, I need to find out why it's triggering an error because the webcam is functioning fine.

My other hunch is that it's probably a USB 3 device on my comptuer. I hit the upper limits of my troubleshooting skill so any advice from the pros would be awesome.

lsusb:

Bus 004 Device 004: ID 0cf3:3004 Atheros Communications, Inc.
Bus 004 Device 002: ID 8087:0024 Intel Corp. Integrated Rate Matching Hub
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 003 Device 003: ID 0c45:646b Microdia
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 8087:0024 Intel Corp. Integrated Rate Matching Hub
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

Thanks

I was able to get rid of the boot error by disabling Bluetooth from BIOS. Thats not a solution, but for me I don't use bluetooth.
