High Resolution 14" Screen 2560 x 1440 (16:9) Gnome X1 Carbon

Well i have a lot of issues with my X1 Carbon Gen2

It is very hard to read texts on the internet with that big resolution.
is it possible to decreasse the resolution? like 1920 to 1080?

Did you try to increase the DPI?
