What happened to the AUR package that rips the Flash player and PDF reader from Chrome?
That package was useful because both plugins could be managed with one package, and I didn't have to download the Chrome browser twice.
I found something on Google about a removal request; was it deleted? Do I have to go back to the two separate packages? ![]()
Fedora believes in "software freedom" - that is, restricting user software choices to those deemed appropriately licensed by The Powers That Be.
Arch believes in "freedom", as well - the user has control over his or her system and can do what he wants with it.

go back to two separate packages. To not download the source twice, you can set SRCDEST in makepkg.conf, or simply copy it manually.
Duplicate packages are not allowed in the AUR.

Have you tried using http://pkgbuild.com/git/aur-mirror.git/ ?
