[solved]Thinkpad Edge E135 sometimes doesn'T wake from suspend

My Thinkpad E135 sometimes doesn't wake from suspend.

If he doesn't wake the fan spins up the screen stays dark and the fan spins down again.

If he does wake the backlight flashes then the screen turns on and shows this error:

pciehp 0000:00:07.0:pcie04: Device 0000:04:00.0 already exists at 0000:04:00, cannot hot-add
pciehp 0000:00:07.0:pcie04: Cannot add device at 0000:04:00

I use GDM with Gnome 3.12

I got pointed to the this bug report and will wait and see if the patch solves this.
