have you ebook-tools installed? have you seen this: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/40472 (or this: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1418040) ?
evince cannot read epub afaik. use okular (if you get in working), some proper epub-reader, or convert it to something else with ebook-convert which is part of the calibre package.
We are exactly the people our parents always warned us about.

Yes i have ebook-tools installed and not only okular cannot open epub.
I try with reinstalling but no effect.

Having ebook-tools installed is not enough as okular was not compiled with ebook-tools present so it lacks the built in support to make use of the package. You could build the package locally to add support back or wait for the bug to be addressed and download a newer version should support be added back.

If this is bug in okular why evince and atril don't work

Are you saying you were able to open epub files in them before your last upgrade?

Try fbreader or if you want to keep using okular try rebuilding it with ebook-tools present preferably added as a dependancy to help pacman.
