Making touchscreen calibration permanent

I have a Thinkpad X200 Tablet with a restive touchscreen. Until now, I have been setting the calibration by having my desktop environment run this command on login:

xsetwacom set "Wacom Serial Penabled 1FG Touchscreen touch" Area 997 1361 24430 15251

But recently this has stopped working after the computer wakes up from suspend.

Could somebody tell me how to either
A: run that command every time the computer wakes up from suspend
or
B: set the calibration using an xorg config file (the instructions given by xinput_calibrator do not work)

Thanks
