Not sure if this is the right forum, but I'll give it a shot.
Installed Arch yesterday, and I really like it! KDE is up and running, and (almost) everything works fine.
So, I figured I need the nvidia driver. Installed like described in the wiki, and then...kdm won't start!
Help, anyone? :idea:

That's the only output I get when doing «/etc/rc.d/kdm start» ...

ah okay thought there was maybe another way of starting kdm, but there isn't so it seems...
What is the output you get in the log file ? (/var/log/kdm.log)
Also are you able to start the x-server manually with startx?

Problem solved! A little slip when commenting the last part of the file; I had forgot to comment one line
Looks like I need to learn to check log files more often...heh
