This issue is fixed in ubuntu, but not fixed in arch: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour … bug/999493
I has an Intel HD Graphics 4000 videocard, and this issue is repeated when i'm minimizing any 3D game (Minecraft for example)

sashok724, those kind of problems tend to be specific to a certain chipset.
Even if you got the exact same hardware as mentioned in that ubuntu bugreport, it's 2 years old and unlikely to be helpful.
please post the output of lspci , dmesg and /var/log/Xorg.0.log .
(dmesg and Xorg.0.log will be large, best put them on a pastebin site)
glxinfo output (it's in mesa-demos package) could also help.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

This issue
*What* issue?
Forget that Ubuntu bug report, it's nonsense, probably confusion over vsync (60hz, sometimes reported as 59hz).

The only thing that stands out in those logs are these lines :
[ 3999.324519] perf samples too long (2514 > 2500), lowering kernel.perf_event_max_sample_rate to 50100
[10283.298371] perf samples too long (5025 > 4990), lowering kernel.perf_event_max_sample_rate to 25200I very much doubt they have to do with your lag though.
sashok724, what WM/DE (KDE, Gnome, Openbox, xfce etc) are you using ?
What makes you think your problem has to do with off-screen rendering ?
Please try to describe what happens when you experience this 'lag' .

KDE, but the same on xfce4
The problem arises, for example, when I minimize Minecraft window (or any other application with OpenGL) or selecting other tab in Google Chrome (previous tab contained some resource-intensive graphics (in my case it's an 1920x1080 gif image)). My PC runs the first 5-10 seconds without lag, then begins to slow down even the mouse, and if it still does not switch to previous tab, or open a window with the program, the PC freezes. To continue, I have to restart it (Hard-reboot).
