kdeinit could not launch /usr/bin/konsole

Hi I am using arch linux recently I upgrade my whole system and my kernel updated to 3.14.4-1 and my kde updated to 4.13.1 but sometimes when I connect to my wifi or conncet to vpn  after I connected , when I want to open programe like konsole or any other program this error comes up kdeinit could not launch <program> and for konsole
kdeinit could not launch /usr/bin/konsole so I have to log out and login again but after sometime this error comes up again
Would you please help me to slove this problem

use hostnamectl to change your static hostname.
change it to localhost or what you set it on installation! i think that'll solve the problem.
