[SOLVED] Localectl error: Could not get properties

Hi,
Today I've tried to reinstall Arch Linux (my first installation died some days ago, but it was my fault). Not effortless, I've got a working (more or less) system. Then I installed KDE (pkg 'kdebase'), but when I tried to write, I had some mistaken letters: A ";" where should be a "ñ", "\" instead of "ç"... Conclusion: I was using the English (us) keyboard instead of the Spanish (es) one. Then is when I've tried to run 'localectl'. First, I've ran 'localectl status', but I get the following error:

Could not get properties: Expiró el tiempo de conexión

That translated to English should be something like:

Could not get properties: Connect time expired

And then, when I try to run 'localectl set-x11-keymap es', I get another error:

(pkttyagent:402): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_variant_new_string: assertion 'g_utf8_validate (string, -1, NULL)' failed
Failed to set keymap: Message did not recieve a reply (timeout by message bus)

What can I do?
Thanks in advance

P.S.: Sorry for my English
P.S.2: Now I've remembered a wonderful "Input devices → Keyboard" inside KDE System Settings; However, I must ask this: Shall I report this bug in the Bugzilla or it has been my fault (again)?
