MonoDevelop -- I can't start it

Whenever I try to start MonoDevelop it show a dialog window that explain some Exception. Something like this:

Error: An assembly version conflict has been detected

Exception: MonoDevelop.Core.AddIns.InvalidAssemblyVersionException

Some help, please... I really don't know what to do.

What's your monodevelop version? 0.8 or 0.9?

Re: MonoDevelop -- I can't start it

It's 0.7.0.0
... that's what 'monodevelop --version' says.

But I installed package monodevelop-0.8-2.pkg.tar.gz. For sure!

Do I have to upgrade to 0.9?

I definately packaged the right sources, I just double checked. 0.9 is the
most recent version and atm the only one that works at all from what I know.

Grab it and it should work.
