Failed to open VDPAU backend libvdpau_i965.so

Hey there, i'm using a haswell i7 4770k  and installed the libva libva-intel-driver and libva-vdpau-driver yet with xbmc and flash videos i get a "Failed to open VDPAU backend libvdpau_i965.so", it's nowhere in the system.

Any ideas on what i could do to fix this? I've read some people have fixed it at the time by downgrading libva at the time when they upgraded it but my install is new so don't have a easy way to downgrade the packages i think.
