mailto in firefox

Hi,

I have just noticed Read Mail under Tools in firefox, a quick look in about:config shows that thuderbird path is set but clicking on Read Mail does nothing

Do I need to set some other config line to get thunderbird to open from firefox ....?

maybe set

network.protocol-handler.app.mailto = /opt/mozilla/bin/thunderbird

In about:config?

thats is set already .... wondered if something else needs changing

@Dusty I use Gmail Notifier extension

EDIT Tools→Read Mail

Don't know if much has changed about Firefox since June, 2005

However, "Ctrl-M" will open up a Thunderbird compose-to window. Clicking on a mailto: link will also open up a Thunderbird compose-to window, of course.

You could try this extension, too.

Well I get envelope on toolbar (Read Mail) clicking on it does nothing.. ;-(
