Macbook + Enlightenment does not suspend on lid closed

Hi everyone,

Im having problems to suspend my recently installed macbook air.

What I tried

systemctl suspend => Works

After closing and opening the notebook:

journalctl -b

systemd-logind[264]: Lid closed.
systemd-logind[264]: Lid opened.

I installed acpid and enabled/started acpdi.service after I found this:
http://sourceforge.net/p/enlightenment/ … /31991935/

No matter when I close the notebook (before or after startx) it does not suspend.

What else could I try?? Tks in advance

wish you good luck

Re: Macbook + Enlightenment does not suspend on lid closed

Hi glad to see Im not the only one using enlightenment (like this guy http://www.reddit.com/r/unixporn/commen … _run_osx/)

Well it worked!! Reading the post I thought the key was the acpid package only.

Tks a lot smile
