The problem seemed to appear after upgrading VM player to 6.0.3 but persists even when launching the virtual machine under 6.0.2 where it used to work just fine.
Att the boot screen the keyboard works fine, but as soon as I get to the SLIM login screen the keyboard is totally unresponsive. If I autologin with slim I get into Awsome and input devices don't work there either.
Any advice on how to proceed. I guess I gotta look at some logfile somehow, but I am not that advanced of a user..
